The Sanofi Espoir Foundation Takes the Refugee Solidarity Train #Aveclesréfugiés

The Sanofi Espoir Foundation works closely alongside the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR). As part of its program to aid migrants, the Foundation is supporting the Train de la Solidarité #Aveclesréfugiés (The #Withtherefugees Solidarity Train) under the patronage of Emmanuel Macron, alongside the SNCF corporation, the French Inter-Ministerial Delegation for Refugees (diAir), the SNCF and Generali Corporate Foundations, and the City of Paris.

Pediatric cancers: the Sanofi Espoir Foundation supports 24 new projects

As part of its roadmap for the period 2019-2021, the Sanofi Espoir Foundation will support 24 new projects to fight childhood cancers by providing expertise and financial support. This announcement comes on the occasion of the 51st World Congress of the International Society of Pediatric Oncology (SIOP), which is being held in Lyon until October 26.

The Sanofi Espoir Foundation has adopted a new three-year roadmap for the 2019-2021 period. Building on its successes, it highlights new ambitions, particularly in terms of access to healthcare for the most disadvantaged in France. To achieve its objectives, the Sanofi Espoir Foundation's budget has been increased by 40% to €21 million over three years.

My Child Matters: an exhibition of James Mollison’s photographs at the A. Galerie

The Sanofi Espoir Foundation and the A. Galerie are organizing an exhibition of James Mollison’s photographs relating to My Child Matters, the Foundation’s flagship program dedicated to the fight against pediatric cancer. They are portraits of children and their families whose lives have been forever changed, but who, thanks to their courage and to My Child Matters, have been given their best chance of combatting this disease. The exhibition will be held from Tuesday June 11 to Saturday June 29, 2019.

Maternal and neonatal health: success and lessons learnt for the Sanofi Espoir Foundation

On the occasion of International Midwifery Day on May 5, the Sanofi Espoir Foundation is taking a positive look at its commitment to maternal and neonatal health in developing countries. For nearly ten years through its Midwives for Life initiative, the Foundation has supported 35 projects in 24 countries. These have helped care for 4.5 million women, including nearly 1.2 million pregnant women.

Niger: the Sanofi Espoir Foundation provides assistance in primary health care in the Tillabéri region

As part of its response to humanitarian emergencies, the Sanofi Espoir Foundation announces that it is involved in Niger alongside its partner Première Urgence Internationale (PUI). The Foundation will provide primary health care assistance in the Tillabéri region in the west of the country. This six-month commitment will restore access to health care for populations affected by insecurity, and strengthen local health capacity in the Ouallam health district.
